Nights are darker time to play at light painting

Post by Trevor » Sun Sep 03, 2017 11:48 am

Hi now the nights are drawing in, i have been so looking forward to getting out and experimenting.

Here are few shots from last nights creativeness.

Any critique is always welcome good and bad.

Thanks Trevor, but how has a double granddad got time for this???? I like pattern 2 the best but the practice one reminds me of the invisible man series, before your time of course. :-) Colin

Love the third one best but all are great fun and there is loads of potential. Can we all play?

Spent a happy half hour on your web site recently and the light patterns were amongst the most enjoyable shots for me.

Others may want to enjoy too: see 500px.com/t0rturedartist/galleries

Hi, I'm happy to do an evening of light painting if there's enough interest Phil.

I do remember the Invisible man Colin :)

It's easy being a double grandad. Ava is in Spain and Darcy is too young to be any trouble at the moment hee hee!

Plus it's getting darker earlier and it's a reasonable time to go out to play.
Thanks for the comments guys.

I love them Trevor and would love to learn how to do them! I have signed up for the workshop at first site on 12th of this month just need to buy a remote cable apparently :-)
I would be interested in doing some with you and anyone else.

Hi Elaine, yes it will be good on the 12th and to be around other light photographers.

Don't forget your tripod and a remote cable release is a must.

I'm sure you will enjoy it, I'm really looking forward to it.
