I should be OK for this. I’ll bring a bird feeder, wire wool and some string to do some fire spinning.

Just to remind everyone about the "Light Painting" evening at Frinton beach next Tuesday 6th August. Trevor and I have just spent the evening experimenting with different light set ups and have had some spectacular results!
Could I ask anyone who is attending this event to let me know so that I have an idea of numbers.
We have potentially 5 models booked, 2 ladies and 3 men so no shortage there.
It should be a great night and I look forward to seeing you on the shoot.
Richie
ps
If anyone needs a lift from the Colchester area let me know.

I’m planning to be there. Can take my car but happy to car share using my car or someone else’s. Phil

Sorry to say I won't be making it. Too far for me to travel after work. Look forward to seeing some great shots though.

So I think we have only 5 from CCS so far, plenty of room for more!
I know it's only Frinton beach but it's got to be better than watching endless re runs of "Tipping Point" on Dave!!!
Phil, if you let me know your address I can offer you a lift.

Hi Richie,
Just back from the soggy north and connectivity, so can confirm that I will be attending on Tuesday. Colin

Weather forecast is looking good for the Beach Light Painting shoot tomorrow, looking forward to seeing CCS members there, 7pm onward. Don't forget a tripod, remote trigger release (if you have one) and some food for the bbq! :D

Joy of joys, I’ve broken a tooth this morning and to say it hurts is an understatement. Can’t get into the Dentist until Thursday, which is a right pain. Hate to say it, but I don’t think I’ll be coming along tonight :(

Just like to say what a great evening last nights meet was and meeting members from Great Baddow Camera club.

I hope everyone got a few shots they are happy with. As a non photographer last night, could I ask members toto share a couple of their images so I (and Lynn) can see the results please.
Thank you
Trevor

Thank you Richie and Trevor for last night. I enjoyed it - despite the cold wind.

I have some photoshopping to do to hide Richie's legs on some but the ones of Chelsea, I didn't really have to edit much so here's an example.

Photoshopping my legs out!
How very dare you.
Seriously though, great shot Lisa. It was a fun night and I’ll post some of my shots on here (after removing my legs!) as soon as I
can. Thank you to all the members who were able to attend, hope you got some interesting shots as well.

Thanks Richie and Trev for making it happen - an interesting new experience. Great shot Lisa, well done. I got nothing as good. Set my ISO too high I think! Phil

Lovely photo Lisa, even more disappointed that I couldn’t make it. The tooth can be saved, needs a ceramic crown. Just a mere £600 😳
Is the meeting this Weds?
