Renewed the Group Display this afternoon - GD5 Water Droplets. Didn't manage to get 10 different members contributing this time. There were just six of us - Trev, Colin, Joe, Jim, Richie and your truly, so four of us contributed an extra image each, to make an impressive and colourful display of 10 images.

GD6 - Light Play was hung today. We had eight contributors - Jim, Joe, Lisa, Michele, Colin, Rob, Richie and myself. Thank you - a very attractive display.

I am not 100% sure I have attributed the images to the correct authors - was relying on memory at the time of hanging. Will recheck and correct if necessary.

So the startling offer to buy all 10 of GD5 for £200 evaporated, but stand by...!

I also replaced ex-member Karen's 4 images with 4 of my own as our newer members have not rushed forward to claim their display space, but space can still be found when the spirit moves.

GD6 - Light Play - was hung on 29 March, so is due for renewal. The theme for GD7 is Garden Flowers, which can include shots from the Club visit to the Columbia Road Flower Market, but members who were not able to take part in that outing can have no excuse for not contributing a shot or two of flowers from their garden (or from the local park or from someone else's garden!). I'm counting on lots of offers (send several) so that this time we can hit our target of ten shots from ten different members. So please send me your flower shots (remember they have to lend themselves to printing in landscape format) by email as soon as you like, but no later than the deadline of... 5 July. I hope to hang GD7 at the Slice on 11 July. I look forward to seeing a floral deluge in my inbox.

Mmmm... floral deluge so far a bit underwhelming - only had offers from 5 members! Thanks to them - digital extraction recommended for the rest! If ever there was theme everyone can contribute to this has to be it...

10 by 10 - home and dry with ten Garden Flower shots by 10 different members. Well done and thank you. Hanging tomorrow around three o'clock. Phil
